Concepts of situating tool
Situating tools includes simulation, virtual reality (VR), MUDs ( Multi-User domains or dungeons),
MOOs (MUD objects) and WOOs (web-based MOOs). It is a system in
which the users 'experience' the context and happening. A flight simulation
program is an example of a situating tool because it places the user in a
simulated flying environment.
Situating tools are purposeful when a certain real-life experience
is impossible or difficult to attain. Teacher instead of showing of fragmented
pieces of information about Bhutan, the teacher may take students on a trip to
a MOO, students are able to experience the cultural context of Bhutan.
Situating tool is similar to constructive tools that allow users
to manipulate variables in the system. It is more on situating students in an
environment for certain instructional purposes. Example like experiencing the
culture of a remote country. For this reason, depending on the instructional
objectives a simulation program can be a constructive tool.

becomes a complete circle.
once you get the complete circle using those small circles then draw a straight line from point U to W. after that you draw all the line by joining the points. then click on the arrow key. then select any small circle.
