It is the proper and correct actions that should be taken by those using digital technology.

2. Digital Access
There should be full electronic participation in society because there are persons of all ages, in all places, with all levels of abilities in both the physical and economic. These are broadly classified into three sections:

2. Equitable Access
3. Accommodation for all


3.  Digital Law

There are legal rights and restrictions governing technology use. Everything should be act according to law. These are some the restrictions governed by the law
1. Do not slander others
 2. Do not violate copyright laws
3. Do not download music unless you have permission from the artist or you have paid for the music and then don’t share with others.

4. Digital Communication
There various way of electronic exchange of information that are made easier for users to communicate along with negative impact. These are some the way to exchange information among the users:

5. Digital Literacy
It is all about the ability to use digital technology and knowing when and how to use it.

the most important question that you need to ask yourself as a user is:

      Do I use computers as a tool and not a toy?

6. Digital Commerce
There is always a fraud in doing business in the digital world. For example, buying and selling of goods online and likewise there can be problems with technology and identity theft, improper use of credit cards and unsolicited emails



7. Digital Rights and responsibilities

Rights on the internet consist of you being able to do whatever you want on the net with the certain restriction that is governed by the law. For examples like the right to use Facebook and twitter etc. Moreover, it is your Responsibility to keep yourself safe on the internet.


8. Digital Safety and security
The precautions that all technology users must guarantee is that their personal safety and security of the network by updating virus protection, change passwords frequently and by not sharing your personal information. For example, installing strong antivirus protection and keep them up-to-date

9. Digital Health and Wellness
You must be aware of repetitive stress, injuries, eyestrain, and back problems as well as technology addiction because it is a major issue faced in 21st century across the globe and most importantly you must always remember to balance your life (the amount of time you spend on the internet). Moreover, digital health and wellness means being safe on the Internet mentally and physically.
